4: Noob game, most of them noobs, but  waqimad1 (tuskar) using maphack to get around .

5:  Sit. a)  He went back from barathrum  to the shop on the down lane without buying anything, just before we arrive from the fog of war. Minute: 37:07.
   Sit. b)  I (tiny) was coming on the water, middle in lothar to pawn waqimad1 (tuskar) and he clearly wanted to get away before I arrive, then he left with no reason before farming creeps. Minute: 40:38.

Situation A: u killed roshan and it was obvious where u guys are, plus they showed themselves on that lane farming creeps, so logically u will go after them.. its common sense.
Situation B: im not so sure about this one, he did leave 2 creeps, but u had more than enough time to stun+toos him from ww and kill him, basically he didnt go back when u came to kill him.. only after 5 secs passed, what could also be some common sense if ur playing safe versus stronger ganking opponents.
