3. game ruining (didnt want to defend base in crutial moments,we have a little chance to win and they didnt defend)
4. minute 62 (two standing near fountain wont attack enemyes,some of the enemys with low hp)
5. I died many times like crazy every time to defend my base and these guys were allways late for team fights and now they didnt want to defend it at all,just stood there watching how they destroy base.
We had all rex'es when this happened!
Any decision you make is ok. I think this is bannable.

He has 10 perma bans acc , on of them is permabanthisguy and suckonmyban
