4: Explain to us your general vision about this game: sniper and trax always avoiding my arrows, the whole team was complaining about them and it was obvious.

5: Specify at least 1 exact situation where user broke MH rule, with every detail explained and replay time when he used it: in min 37:55   trax avoided my arrow. in min 38:25 sniper avoided my arrow and in these 2 situations i was in fog, plus in early game i always arrow when they gank my teammates ,they dodge it, can you plz lock their IP because they totally ruined my game, and they might ruin another peoples game too.
