If I understand the rules:  6. Player must not abuse Share given to him:

you finished with good score, you won the game...and above all you didn't died because of the action. why should we ban him than? he didn't caused serious game ruin, you didn't lost anything...
This score is good mby for you,I'm not talking about the score...He using my hero and spent my mana which was necessary for next fight.I gave him a fair share and he abused that.By the way rule is rule!

I doubt you know the rules better than me. In this case, you should know the rules say you can adress a head mod if you are not happy with my decision. NOT make a new request.
