Do u have latest DotA map? When was your last time that u have played dota?
Also type !checkban on la channel,maybe u are banned

If you have not the map/bannedyou cannoteven join the game. Hepropably has old gproxy version.

assume same, maybe jas has right Gproxy but not using it (incorrect gateway set)

download the new gproxy. try reinstall it. If you could paste gproxy log that would be better.
