This time I'll give you an aswer here.

Son of a bitch isn't usually used to insult your mother, but you. Sometimes it isn't used to insult anyone - if you know English well you may know this.

The other thing is that this was his only insult and he has no warns.

It also matters who said that - we know some ppl and their behaviour and wannabe smart mind. They provoke, overuse "allowed" insults, gets banned for it and makes their drama topic.

Everything depends on moderator solving your request.
