when i write !f, for me is says UA but im from serbia so it should be RS...Can i change that somehow????? :D

I don't think so, this is from you'r provider. You can change you'r IP by some software but is not the real sollution :).

it will be solved by bot itself since it happened to me same thing..
I'm from AL and there it showed TR but soon it would show only AL then :D
