4 slark is wery suspicious i think he might have mh but not the reason im reporting he had like some kind of bug where i cant target him with spell but he is not on ulti he is normal and is refusing to get targeted dont know wht kind of a cheat it is i told him after it happened few times,after i said i will report it kinda stoped im assuming by him check it out in some way and ban this tard...+ they played stakced with nab hero carrys ursa,lycan,slark, and using cheats...

I played also and can aggre with that.Cant target even thoug he hasnt ulted.

That's a bug...not a cheat.
It happened in the past with several heroes including batrider, rubick and i don't know.
Anyways,since we're not talking about a MH problem...
