5: at around 9:30 after the gang at the down lane phantom used invisibility to escape and ursa followed him for like 10 seconds without using dust prior to this. I looked at his teammates no one had dust or wards only ursa but he didin't used them he is from tr and has mh and psr around 1800. Take a closer look and ban him permanently if you decide that he had mh.
