5: Specify at least 1 exact situation where user broke MH rule, with every detail explained and replay time when he used it.   (replay time, not game time please):i'll start with the most obvious one : minute 31(31,40 seconds) replay time he runs away from me while i am invisible,no gem dust or wards.also i noticed more on:
min 11 : he uses ulti for me when i get near his team mates
min 14: he sees me sending an illusion first and he comes after me;
min 20 ,25,30 he tps when i or my team go for him (at 30 he sees i quit going for him so he doesnt tp anymore and keeps pushing)
More clear use of mh later in game but i quit watching replay

1st most common thing is to run away when they destroyed bot tower and disapear from it; ofc in oposite direction
2nd common thing for spectre to use ulti only on riki xD
3rd now one uncommon thing is to send illusions to explore
4rd i was farming both lanes all game with same tactic - tp.

notice: i carried gem in few of theese situation

Nothing strange about his game...he could've done even better but oh well, that's life.
I'd like to explain why...but he already did it.
