We are getting money only from played games. As i wrote top, we are paying monthly really high server, we have developing team with unique system for web application and antimaphack system etc.. so 20% comission is normal value.

Still this is illegal what you are doing, I am pretty sure its forbidden to make any profit out of game you didn't make without permission of blizzard.

Players can play on your server only if they pay minimum fee of 10$, and in game they can play if they pay minimum fee of 1$. What you are doing is illegal and you are selling the game

bassonja: What is it "pay minimum fee $10"? Deposit is just that you got money from your PayPal to our system. You are not paying nothing, it's still your money and you can take it always back on your PayPal.

You pay only if you enter any game, it's called ENTRY FEE. And from this entry fee are getting money players, who win this game. If you play Poker Texas Holdem, it's the same. You pay entry fee for entering game, then you are getting money from others if you win, or you lost and others got yours.

If you are scared, deposit $10 to our system and then Withdraw it, we send it immediately back to your PayPal. We really didn't invest thousands $$$ and 1000+ hours to developing our system to scam.

The game is not yours, using it to make money = illegal, you don't own it.

Icefrog used warcraft 3 to create dota, warcraft 3 belongs to blizzard. You are using a map which doesn't belong to you, in a game that doesn't belong to you, to make money. You have no copyright = copyright infridgement = severe penalty taking into account money making from it.

You can actually do jail time for this for your information.

The official game owners allow some servers to function, under one condition. A tax. Private servers which are allowed to stay and use the official game, pay a certain percentage of the money earned to the original game owners, in exchange for allowance of existing.

Those who do not have an agreement with the original game owners, will sooner or later end up paying huge taxes for copyright infridgement and serve jail time.
