First of all revise your language or we will have a problem. Second of all he didn't "fucked your country", he said "fucking turk" wich is totally different + he said it only once. If he would have persisted with this be sure he would have gotten a ban for national intolerance. I've already explained this in another ban request but I can't find it atm. Anyway, if you say for example "fucking italians and their pasta" do you consider this to be national intolerance ? Or "fucking americans and their Mccdonalds" , should this be considered as national intolerance ?
And again, point proven from jeandarc, since when the fuck is turkish a race

There's difference between "fucking turk" and something like "all turks are fucking idiots".

While the second offence insults whole nation, the first one insults only you. Even tho he called you by your nationality, he didn't insult it. Let's take something similar, "fucking John" insults on that one John - but not because he is named John and it doesn't insult every John there is.

It is kinda complicated but I hope you'll get it
