NOTE:
Next time try to remember some situations from the game when u got ganked , or he evaded some situations that couldn't be evaded without Hack. Using "Ninja"[so called inGame] Dust is allmost never enough for ban, esspecially if ur not 100% sure about it, i mean [1on1 NC situations]/[following WW units and using it].

I will check this game now , but please have this in mind

17:30 - Game Time - Spectra used ulti with no indication that Necro is alone in shop on Low HP ,and he instantly Took Haunt Place and pwnd him..

30:40 - That Dust u mentioned , he did use it , but Invoker did His Ghost Walk( WindWalk) and passed by Slark who was farming NC near bottom Lane, and 5 heroes were missing.

This situation you provided is suspicious , but it is not enough for permaban
