counter help

yo guys i guess i need your help or opinion about some countering to a few heroes we have been facing alot in several fws/cws im not rly sure how to counter these heroes the best so i hope you could share some tips and tricks

ember
undy
bristle
viper
aba

ember because alot where we play has started to nonstop do ember mid with the bottle mana boots buriza battlefury shit and just nonstop right click which i find so annoying but not fully sure which hero "rapes" ember in laning and in early/mid game

undy because its used nonstop in trilanes with visage wd gyro weaver cm venge etc and i wonder what kinda trilanes you would put up against such tanky shits ^^

bristle because i think that hero is just unkillable with a few items and some lvls

viper because im not sure who can actually take him out in laning phase

aba because id like to hear opinions about strong picks against aba weaver visage/cm/wisp trilanes

anyway hope you will share some opinions and tips

Ember can be raped on mid by most of range midders, for example u get storm, outfarm him easly get fast orchid and kill him like np. Alchem/dk/juger may farm vs him easly aswell.
Undy- if we are talking about trilanes, you may just throw some speels on him and make him use his tomb, then go b and go again while tomb is on cd. Gyro/bristle/axe/tide can play vs him since they can kill zombies with their skills. He isnt so strong now, same goes to ember.
Bristle- he may tank alot but besides that he is useless, especially in late game. Carries easly crush him with few dps items like buriza. Necro aura and ult works vs him very good aswell.
Viper- pretty hard to win vs him in lane, mby sky could win and new invo with forge cold snap 3lvl could stand him. He has to be ganked by supports at least once, then mid hero can solo him easly.
Abba- its pretty hard to win lane vs this tri u mentioned, but with good teamwork its possible. For example es,gyro, venge can win them with good fissure block and sentries. To counter abba u just need to disable him for some time, with heroes like bane or rasta while your team do their job. Eventually u can pick necro/doom/axe, their ulties goes throught abba ult.

Bloods Rupture also go tru it , and go Bloodlust so he cant shield himself. Prophet's sprout is also very usefull for this . Destroyer can astral/Ultimate him when Borrowed time kick in also.
Just few more addons about Abba, he , next to Viper is hardCore late . This is just some more tricks about Abba, as due to Viper , Hex Hex Hex.

Ember can kill u at lvl 3 mybe sonner but then its prob your mistake...i dont know he is not that dangerous in early mid,all u have to do is not get shackeled while he is under shield,u can harras him every time he trys to farm establish dominance is the best way,then when  he waits and eats his tangos by tower to farm those creaps(leftowers)u go and take the rune,u yust have to frustrate him and dont get killed,positioning is the most important thing against him...

your 3 lane combo has no stun so it can be countered easly,with 3 heros easy,even with 1 that can survive solo,good thing against  that solo u have wewer 1 spell what allows u to go under tower....

Aba is good some counter imo say axe...


bristle is a hard tanky hero but i dont know he is not such a problem as some heros are,hex can do the trick if he is feed has bm prob and is turning his back and is anoying...hex him nuke him
