I think its true, couse i have something like lags in every game since new map. Ussualy have around 13ms ping so it must be fps

Not true, warcraft 3 is made for single core processors, actually users with quad core will be more likely to experience this problem then single core pc's.

Not true, warcraft 3 is made for single core processors, actually users with quad core will be more likely to experience this problem then single core pc's.

Since I can't edit the post, outdated graphics card could also cause the problem cause of some bug in leoric, and its using maximum of your graphics card.
I haven't tested yet is it processor or graphics card, but its not "lower" pc's its icefrog, warcraft 3 was made for "lower" pc's.
