The moment you refer to at 23:34 when he blinked+force staff to get you....everybody saw u retreat...it was a logical thing to do for him.
And to be honest, after watching the entire replay...i'd say he played kinda bad...really bad in fact.
He owned you all for the simple reason that the scourge played incredibly bad!!!
So, i conclude my analysis with a motto: "When a noob player kills you bigtime it doesn't always mean he's a cheater...it just means you're noober than him."
