Can someone explain how being good at uther party is related to giving PSR on dota?

not all, if you had a lot of people feel free to call them to come and win the tournament + PSR! You can come also ..

It should be the same with winning icons on forum and server. PSR should be given in case you win something like 5on5 dota. I hope the new year will bring some changes and stat reset

I am sure you guys will think of something, then giving PSR for winning uther party :p
