Stacking is something natural like playing with friends - no one shall prevent it.
Dota2 have exacly the same stacking mode as you can experience in Dota1.

Not rly, "host" in D2 cant manage enemy team like here, player can play with friends but big question is who will be in enemy team, maybe some pro players or another stack team...  Here u can swap - kick good players or just let naps in team 2.

Also i cant understand that +1 +0 Psr

if the game is balanced 50/50 or like so
but you are the only one with 2100 psr and all other players are 1850-2000 psr
....
