Is LA dying?

I've noticed that there is a lot less players online than past two years i've been playing on PD or LA. Mainly bcs there is free Dota 2 which is better graffically and matchmaking with most high skilled dota players.
There is bunch of Legion TD Mega players but DotA is going down the hill as the days past.
Is there any solution for this or we just going to let this server dies?

Garena is server full of leavers and garena master users, rgc died long time ago, stupid interface and statistic. I love this server its not question.

Server is not dying. There is just lack of interest about dota 1 gaming atm. But now when we include money in it (after new year), it will  get more active users again.

Dota2 Is a cartoon , same as LoL . LagAbuse will never die, it has less members , but those who stay are true gamers , its like a cleansing, all who know what is good , stay on this server . All these spammers and brain dead children should't affect you . LA is doing quite fine

At the moment we working at new/add features to bot/stats page.
Nothing has been implemented now and nothing has been announced, but I asure you, there will be some minor and major changes in next year.

Let me explain why am I asking this question. When there is two or three dota games in lobby (with diferent game mode) I create new game and waiting about 15min to start and then when i start game finaly I realize that there is 4 maphackers 4 noobs and game i shit... so thats the reason im asking this

1. You must understand (I have forgot to mention that) that lagabuse.com is not server, it is just a bot connected to a eurobattle.net server with its own forum.

2. you would had 6 maphackers if we did not implemented new anti-hack system. And I doubt that you had 4 maphackers in game

3. if you create decent game name with decent amount of psr in it you will not w8 that long to get it full.

I am here from 2009, I was moderator from february 2010 here and I remember when playdota had only 10 bots online and it is not dota 2 fault that we have small amount of players here. First reason is current staff (well not all of them ofc but 98% of  them) they have killed this bot with their cocky-nes and their "who gives a fck I have mod I can kick you and ban you and you cant do sh..t about it" attitude, b/u admin who does not deserve to be b/u admin, but since he is pro in staying low (that dude is from 2009 on this forum and he is b&u admin with 6k of posts and 20% of them are from the section that was his responsability) he became what he is now so we just have to deal with it. And since b/u section is 90% of this bot and this forum there is your answer about why this forum is "dying". Well it still breading but for how long... no one know.

Anyhow we on the other hand eurobattle.net staff will try our best to aid you if you need any help and we will try our best to save our server. As I have wrote above something is going on now behind the wall that you cant see, but everything will be more clear after new year (and some things even earlier).
