Yes , he did fog cast meteor on you when u came from Scourge woods and Situations with riki where obvious , thing that gave him away is that he prepared spells while units were approuching from 1000 units away in fog.
And that sunstrike on early stage of game too. It must have been a hell game for you with all there nerv breaking situations..
