balanced game
« on: March 23, 2010, 17:28 »
I got a question on that rule:
Quote
Game owner must balance the teams;
   NOTES: If number of players in the opposing team is greater than 3 players and the game mode includes -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;
      If number of players in the opposing team is greater then 2 players and the game mode does not include -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;
Does that mean u can leave if for example host didnt checked stats in lobby and it is a noob vs pro game or he checked stats and switched all "pros" to his team, to win easier.
Or if someone in the other team leave and its not -so u can just leave too?
Is there some requirement at all, like the "40% !rmk in first 10 minutes" rule?
If You locate any misspelling, You can keep it!

You can not leave then (except if an other rule allows leaving in the game state).

If you leave, it would be balancing the game and your ban duration (and/or warn(s)) will be by the ingame rules, or by moderator's decision.

The requirement is "number of players in the opposing team must be greater than 3 players and the game mode includes -so (-switchon)" or "number of players in the opposing team is greater then 2 players and the game mode does not include -so (-switchon)" for you to leave without ban.

Nor he didn't checked stats in lobby and neither was it noob vs pro game and neither were teams unbalanced!
In fact, the one's who supposed to be pro's on your side either left or plugged.

It was 20th minute when first one left the game!

Lets see. Yesterday I had situation where 2 players (from same IP) left game so fast that I could ban only the second one. From 20-25 min of the game was 5/3, tower score 6/0 and we pursue them in their own base. Rule saying that someone from hardly winning team must switch to loosing team. Best player in opposite team was only about 3k-4k behind in items to our worst player.
No mather who switch game was already won by 5 working in team players.
If someone switch, better for him to stay at fountain and avoid deaths... He would had no chances agains 4 good geared players.

That's what I'm talking about. Most of the time even when it's 3v5 with SO whoever switches to those 3 will lose, coz they underfarmed or simply game will still be unbalanced. The winning team should in this case try to finish the game ASAP while opposing team should stay out of their way and everybody happy xD

sadly most of those tards who keep spamming "FINISH FINISH FINISH" or "end now omg noobs end" keep trying to get kills as we're trying to take down base towers at lvls 11 n 12 which tends to be hard after only 12min of playing. so they keep coming n then say we abuse stats when we go kill them in order to take down base peacfully.
you suck and you know it!

what if 1 player leaves after 10 min of playing?
4v5 isnt really balanced, many hosts says its playable but it isnt.
game should be !rmk but always team with those 5 players dont want to rmk becouse easy win and better stats.
lost around 5 games becouse of this.

Some times team with 4 players is advantage. 2 heroes have solo lane. In almost every game some1 leaves/drop/plug.

Yes, sometimes. But if opposite team arent noobs, they know how to use 1man advantage.

with stats u can see who is noob who isnt :P (more or less)
many hosts picks only those with nice stats so u can take almost similar skill players
then 1man advantage is quite BIG diffrent
on around 5-7 games played 4v5 i won only once, becouse played with friends

1 man advantage often is better... in cases like when the oposite team does not have a tank then 1man advantage is good... but if the other team has tanks or killers like ursa, sven, razor etc, etc.. then no matter if u have 2-3 man advantage u will lose :D it all comes down to what spells u have and how u can counter the oposite teams spells... that is what counts in a 4v5 game...

All depend from who is noob and who not...
