That's not abuse, you can do it.

Swaping could be 1 of lobby abuses.. but still hard to proove is swaped person its not you friend.
!start PRO game with CLEAR mega noob when other players refuses to play with him (stats like 0/7 and 0.25/4.5/0.5)

All what's left now its only GAME RULES. And the I hope we will be clear! :)

P.S. I would also thank for time and afford for people who worked on this section.

Stacking a team is not an abuse and it will not be, players can use they reason and decide if they want to participate in a game like that. If you don't want stack to ruin your game you can create a game by yourself and not stack.

As for the stats gaining part we are currently working on a relative scoring system that takes into account who are you playing with and against in a game when calculating your score so players in stacked teams would get less score then players in non stacked teams. We hope that this kind of system would show more of a players true skill and allow players that don't constantly play in stacked teams rank high on the ladder. The idea itself is in early development and this is just a scratch from it.

I would also thank for time and afford for people who worked on this section.
That would be ek0

Nice. Also high ladder layers who play against players from low levels should get lesser points for win or score then lower ladder players. So more higher in ladder, harder to collect points.

Similar system was used at clanbase.com when I participate ladder they provided.
Once was happend to us (clan) that we gain +points for really small loose 23:25 (48 rounds) with clan clasified much higher than us.
That means if you want to still gain +points and you are high on score board, you have to play with high ranked players.

On topic: I think a print screen will be enough, but you will also have to proove that the user is spoof checked.
If you are game owner, you can to this by using the !check <name (bot tries to find a match)>.
If you are not game owner, try /where <name> (this will only work if the players plays from the same realm as you.
If you are not game owner, you can also try to find (and capture) a message "Spoof check accepted for [<name>] on server [<server>].

IMO lobby abuse is checking every1's stats then swapping the ones with imba stats to sential n feeder stats to scourge. but if sent is 5 friends then it aint abuse as it's fun to play with friends.
also refusing to kick a tard with feeder stats in scou in order to win or improve stats, just like using a friend in scou to feed you in order to win (ya it happened).

on a sidenote, a host who mutes a player for swearing from like the 20th min till 30 or 50 mins later when the game ends is also an in-game abuse. if a player swears then a 1 or 2 min mute is all what it takes, if then he swears again then a 5min mute or till s/he whispers unmute or sorry to u after quite a long time.
you suck and you know it!

It was a subject once about !mute command to be timed.
