Add new command !voteban

Currently, host has the ability to ban people who lost connection or failed to sync with bot using !bl command, and the real pain now is that almost all hosts tend to ban blindly without using their minds to evaluate the situation, therefore I'm suggesting a new command "!voteban" that requires at least the votes of the leaver's team mates to execute ban. This command should work only with those players who lost connection or when they encounter connection sync failure problems. In the past !bl  command would not allow the host to ban ppl if they lost connection.

!bl command should be modified to ban only players who leave on purpose, and in case a player unplugs, his team can go to !voteban command.

Reason I'm suggesting this is:
a. Will protect ppl from blind bans and all the hassle of going to unban request and wait ...etc
b. Team mates are the best ones in game who can tell whether player X left on purpose or got disconnected
c. Will reduce the administration overhead by reducing the total number of unban requests
d. Adds a somewhat balanced mechanism to ban people who unplug on purpose

every tard who obviously plugs, after death or something, you cant ban him .. you have to sit on your ass asking for other noobs who are possibly friends with him to !voteban, and waste game time.

sync problems and lost connection problems dont happen that often, UNPLUGGING happens often.

very bad ideea, some game time is lost, and all the idiots start to bragg ingame, making playing impossible.

i highly recommend not adding this, since unpluggs are far more likely to occur, than just simple connection losses. it will only waste time

easy solutions to the "abusive hosts" problem :

if you experienced such an lost connection, make an unban request.
if you have a problem with a host`s ban, report him.

don`t add this.
host is responsible for game, if you have a problem against him, report him
dont give randoms the power to voteban ...
just think of the consequences.

do you realise what comes with the voteban command ? anyone can ban anyone, with a few votes. imagine the chaos

maybe some stackers play in sent, im in scourge, i own them hard, a noob gets too pissed and leaves, are their friends gonna voteban for him ? nope. can you request a warn, for those who dont voteban ? nope.

You are assuming that the full house are friends which is not the case in more than 80% of the games. and now there is two cases:
1. That noob leaves, so as host you can ban last him
2. If he unplugs, and his team mates refused to voteban him you can go report the incident

This new command won't allow anybody to ban anyone as you said, it's vice versa, you can actually control bans in case of unplug or connection error only, other than that this command won't work. This breaks your assumption that anyone can ban anyone!!

a reality check for you .. 60% if not more, are "Friends" looking for easy stats, by stacking.

even if it wasn`t so :

situations like that, do arise. from time to time. this change, wont allow easy banning, and maybe, wont allow it at all. and you have to "go report the incident". for nothing. when you, with the current banning system, can ban him directly.

That is my valid point. Current system is better, if you encounter abuses or stuff like what you said, you are free to report. But your change, allows for more situations like that to occur.

!voteban would be a lot of drama, even !votewarn would be. I'd prefer to have more civilized people work on this over making it a popularity contest.

current system is good, it just sux that if 2 or more ppl leave at the same time you can only ban the last one, for the other/s you have to request it

It can be modified so 50% of players count before leave has to vote for ban. Guys pay attention that this should work only in case of network disconnects. leavers will be banned the normal way.
