I love when i open the ban req page and i see 5 pages unsolved ban req... and yet we have 15 admins !! and when someone report me admin ban me in the 10 min time after the ban is posted

@pulcher... infact there are only 7 b&u staff members (4 are regulars , 2 heads , 1 admin) with over 20 b&u reports daily... ofc unsolved requests is a problem but also take in consideration the situation they are in.

yes ofc he needs to check the game in this case because it would affect the decision of banning the people who votekicked or not.. votekicking a player who broke the rules isnt bannable!!

if you only reported delgic for flaming then your request would be solved immidiately.. but since you also reported that player for afking too then you must provide the time when he was afk so he bans that player for both afk and for flaming.. moderators arent obligated to watch whole replay to check when xxx player was afk

7 is not enough to handle 10 request daily? btw i see there are request posted from last week and no there are no 20 post daily just a few ....

and just btw its not only 7 ... hack moderators have locked some ban and unban request (prolly from their friend who gets unfair ban/unban) but no use im sick of posting and pm all that stuff to the higer level admins they dont care... this is so low ... that is why you have only 0.1m players :d

This is exactly the reason why em i frustrated ... i consider myself for a decent player... i allready posted this but the pro admins delete it so i will post it again
That's it guys i can't handle this anymore i've played on every server availible in my country dota i was playing in for about 8 years i was best in my country and my team won 2 place on balkan tour (that is what im proud of personally )by 2010 and then i started playong for fun on these servers... i started playing here with an advice from a very good friend i started playin on his accoun 1300psr i got up to 2062 whitin a month and i just cant help it , can't get it how these kind of thing works... this bot makes no logic ... these people are losing time of their very short life on these useless conditions... Even if i choose to and provide myself loose time for fun or whatever just because i dont have anything to do or anyone to do with... i go here you Must provide me good and acceptable contitions... so that means i dont have to me main admin or moderator best friend so i can get unbanned whenever i like or leave a game whenever i like or so many examples of how bad you have become... This bot was Playdota once ... and its was not like this ... i played on Fawkz back then and i was happy with it ... it is never about psr i was on second place on that scoreboard for over a year... and so what... but that is not my point... i Just Cant Understand how does things works... and i dont plan to lose more time for this... from year to year this bot loses his players back in 2010 was over a 5 milion now its near 0.4 milion.. and most of them are turks... what im trying to say is the reason that forced them to leave its the same reason as mine... i posted simmilar links where admins are abusing their power as example ernesto unplug every game he lose and unban himself after... so as myubernicl and his friend myubernlck... and much more but i cant find the links...

 but that is not the point after i noticed that my topic is not longer availible and it was over 800+ views in only 2 days i posted another topic where i asked them why they removed my topics while no rule was broken so response from nobody and they insta removed the 2 post right after i posted... so i gave up... my point was missed again and i dont see any reasonble guy except you... but i know that you can't help me but just i want you to understand in wich position im em now.. i played a tons of games on this server at first myn always swapped me in his team and !Lock but then when i started playing vs him he keeps on hatin ... i never insulted spammed or any simmilar thing in any post ... mby sometimes in game but never got ban for that.. this time i left the game because i really had to leave i asked my mates to !ff but they did not wanted so i left... i just have nothing more to say... im so at the end of my understanding for these guys... back in 2010 thing where different...and i had good contition and motivation for stayin and playin but now they are making everyting just to loose players... they made some circle of friend who are very powerfull by some hierarchy wish is senceless, yet there are much more good players then they are... im so so so disapointed... sorry if i lose your time for nothing... cheers

- i know that some of PD.eu are inhere but la cannot be compared to pd.eu in any single way (speaking of the staff's) i don't have nothing against them but they did this to me with no reason... as i mentioned before in my post ...

First of all for one player to play he must be motivated and have good "conditions" if you like for them to stay... i found current admin offensive.. they keep on demotivating
people and do nothing to help up untill now i have not seen any suggestion accepted by players who are often 24/7 online by the admins and they keep on ignoring them...

I was not disappointed because i wasn't unbanned, i send you those links as an example of current condition (players-staff member) i couldn't find more evidence because as i said they deleted it after i posted... they even deleted they own ban topic's when some player report an admin they delete the post by them self...

I em not fan of 'no unbans' also but you must realize the staff must realize when some players (me) played 600+ games and never left or dc/ electricity off or somth... its understandable 1-2 game in 600 games... and you can't compare this forum with d2 forum or other games because i em playing d2 also and once my windows crashed (blue screen of death) and the admin was so polite and kind he unbanned me in a matter of minutes... so you can't compare

I em offended personally by this actions of them (the staff...)
because i was a trial moderator on Garena for 3 months and the head admin extended from trial to 2 years moderator ... just because he was satisfied of my position and decisions as an admin later i left because of my college... i study Human Psychology And Internet Communication...
So that's what i find very offensive and disrespectful ... Because in the time when i needed to share my opinions of the situation nobody from this list http://lagabuse.com/forum/index.php/topic,61957.0.html was willing to help me and they even abused they power over me (just nobody who em i...) and their job's at their position is to see all players as them self's , to help and motivate people and etc.. you know already..

Instead they were insulting me in my own topics which later they deleted.... and much more...

on the current situation with asta...
- at first he unbanned me
but after 3 hours when they saw that i was unbanned they contacted asta via pm's and he banned me again and +1 day more... and i will be honest to you.. it was not about the unban it almost passed. only 1 day more its the way they treat people , i find that on a critical level.. and yet i know that you can't make them be better... but i just wanted to came clean and tell you all from my heart...
i hope you can understand me and won't judge me...
