also, me and my so called mate, might not be so suspicios, for example, he can let me take towers, and all creeps, but no kills. Or we play normal (normal = with denies, and trying to lh), but he lets me kill him 7 times, and i let him kill me 4 times, and i still win.

Stop trying so hard to poke holes into a good thing. You can do that with your friend in 5v5 ladder also and no one will votekick someone who isn't obvious about it. Stop pretending the current ladder is some sort of perfection and this 1v1 ladder will be worst thing ever created.
