There are more GoT games I think (at least I know about card version).
There's CZ description of the game:

Each house has same units (footmen, horsemen, ships and siege tower/catapult) but unique cards (e.g Baratheons have Stannis, Sala Saan, Davos, Mellisandra etc) - they unique cards are used in every battle, they add strengh and/or some special abilities (if Tywin Lannister wins, you get 2 "money").
The game is played in 10 rounds, the goal is to control as much castles as possible after 10th round or to have 7 castles during the game.
A round consists of:
1) Turning and solving cards of events
2) Secretly placing orders for your units
3) Revealing and executing the orders (plundering, moving - fighting (there are orders of defence and support), collecting "money" and recruting new units.
4) Taking back orders left on the boards (like def or support)
5) Checking number of castles everyone has
The great part of game is diplomacy - you can make any alliance with anyone and betray others anytime, you can lie, you can bluff...
