"brittanydickerson" is the only user on server that has 100%.

User gets that 'watched' when he has more then 5% warn points, it means that he's been warned for something and that he's 'watched' for that.

I don't know who has the biggest number of warn points on ingame acc and I don't need to know.

That "watched" means that you have at least 10 warn points on forum for breaking the rules. If you'll have 60, you will be auto muted (unable to post).

u have to separate In-game warns and Forum warns...
in-game warms are given for breaking In-Game rules and affects your In-game account.... as I see your history, u are really close to !permaban, therefore (consider it as friendly advice) avoid Family Related Flame & National/Religion Intolerance.

for Forum warns -in your case u got status "watched"- these are for forum account and has no affect on your In-Game account.
