That is what I do, I dont know what la mods can do more than to ban his account all over again or to ask some of us to ban him from server permanently on all accounts.

I remember back in mrNiceguy's era (pd.eu) bnet had maximum of like 7~8k users and at least 2~3k user online anytime login. Now bnet doesn't even have half of that number, I guess the new generation of LA staff/admins really screw it up. Sigh  . I seen many threads about people leaving cuz corrupted admin banning people, and know some people actually left cuz of the unjust.

LA admins have nothing to do with people leaving. Faggots are leaving for dota 2, especially those who've never learned to play dota 1.

As for the warn, it is legit, because spam inside ban/unban requests was resulting in warns/bans since the beginning of time on Eubnet.

It s not about spamming in b/u  thread anymore, that was just a click that engaged other things start to roll: unfair bans, unfair warns, cocky behavior, ignorance, apartheid and lot other things done by unfit moderators. And yes I also know some guys who left cause of that. Yes dota2 came out but do you know how many ppl would not left if they were nice here? Answer is more than 60%. Dota 1 is more balanced than dota 2 is now or will ever be. Go take naix for example in dota 2 and go farm woods you will be lvl 6 in 5 minutes while in dota 2 you must be perfect to get that.

As I were saying lot of ppl would not play dota 2 if they know that beeing here is nice expirience and not eating your own nervs cause of idiots.
