I'll ask you again, did you ever play od vs sky ? Cause you don't sound like you did.
For starters, those 2 salves you talk about, you will need to use them before you even get level 2, and sky will use maybe half his mana pool to cast those nukes, not more than half, maybe a bit more than half if you dodge one of the nukes each time your astral is off cd (and he can time the nukes so when you will astral, he can deny a creep freely), still he will have enough mana to nuke you down even if you use 2 salves. And that's only from his starting mana pool, he can have some mana regen also, and then you can say goodbye to any levels above 2, he will zone you out of xp range, and if you try to get in xp range, you get nuked once, you dodge it with astral, then he hits you abit, nukes you again before you can get out of his hit range. Suddenly half hp again, stay near him more, die, stay away, lose all xp.
Bottom line, you can't win vs sky with destroyer, not the way you play it atleast, with astral and passive.
Od can win vs sky only if he has help early.Maybe if he is lucky enough that at level 2 he can proc his orb every single time with his passive and damage sky more than sky damages him, which is impossible and even if it were possible he would still deal less damage, so it would be same situation like with astral, he wont get higher level than 2 because of zone out, so no. Od can't win vs sky on his own.
I was kidding about dota 1 being better btw, it's actually a retarded game more and more after every released hero.
For instance this earth piece of shit, he uses like 100 mana to travel like 2000 distance, slows anyone along the way, and that spell has low cooldown also.
It's even more retarded than that xin, it has way too much mobility, and it's as fast as storm lvl 3 ulti, but storm would use way more mana than 100 for that distance, and storm ulti doesn't slow along the way, just damages at end, this shits hero spell slows and damages all along the way.
Not to mention that idiot hero which can use dagon, midas, necro 3, shiva, hex etc 2 times (from 2 units, his hero and his illusion)
