pd bot on other pvpgn servers?

is it possible to get pd bot on europe.wacraft3.eu pvpgn server? this is Lithuanian pvpgn server with quite high skilled players.

By what I know it is Channel Operator for playdota.eu and VOP for rpgBOT.
