Killing in fountains opponent team is alowed?

hi guys,

well i was looking stats and i want know if is alowed play 48 mins killing heroes in fountain from opponent team since all people left game in 1st minute(30 secs).... they votekick to do this kills....

Is this allowed??maybe noone cares but this is unfair for me i think... if  my nickname was there i had 150 deaths...maybe ban host and the other one qhost_asasin      0:27        host noob

ok ok.... usually few moments before game ends all players stay near fountain ready to kill when heroes revive i did already and almost people do it....

if no abuse, no ban ok....

Everything is allowed till moderators will not catch you and ban for breaking the rules.

Ps. As far as I know fountain killing is allowed when enemie team is attackig you from fountain.
If you trying to hook, attack, whetever else to do to kill them while they dont attack you from the tower - it brings you ban if someone will report that.
