I left game today and i get unbaned couse i was forced to leave game. My team was owned and other team have pudge, in 20 min they were at our fountain and pudge was hook every time when someone revive and my team went afk and didnt wanted to ff, i just wana know 1 thing HOW THE FUCK HOOK ON FUINTAIN IS NOT FORBIDEN??? And 1 more question what would y do in situation like this 1??? I will leave every game like this 1 couse i play for fun not for stats like idiot pudge in this game, and when y cant play its not fun.

Fountain camping with sniper, pudge and other heroes can be annoying and that is allowed.
In rules "Fountain farming while no enemies playing, may be considered as exploit situation in order to cheat player statictics" is forbiden to farm kill stats only if there are no enemy players in game. Some players won't finish and won't attack towers and rax. This is big hole in rules. They stay 5 minutes, sometimes more than 10 and make more and more kills. My opinion about stats farm by base camping is to be forbiden, or allow players in loser team in this specific situation to leave game and after unban request to be unbanned without warn. Rarely happens to player in loser team won't leave game after all in that team leave and staying in game with intention to allow opponents to farm stats

It IS banable... lets say, if they push to your base and then they do max 5 kills (for whole team) there and then they will call back (or destroy base) lets say those 5 kills is just a reward... But if they stay there for 10mins, that is Fountain Camping - Stats Cheating and its banable atm.
Same if whole team !FF and somebody stays there and makes 20 kills on leavers, its Stats Cheating and leads to ban.

Since i was in this game,Astaroths decision concerns me.

Look this from my perspective. I played with my friends stelejusttranc3 and u___shule. I told them on allies chat:

but, i was wrong.

RULE 5.c
Game ends when Tree/Throne falls or when all players from same team left the game or forfeit by !ff command. Fountain farming while no enemies playing, may be considered as exploit situation in order to cheat player statictics.

In this scenario, u had epic game ruiner tiny and he ruined game for ya. you werent able to !ff and he tossed you for even greater fountain rape. When we first time invaded your base,i thought you will !ff soon, so this couple of kills wont matter. Since u didnt !ff ( you couldnt bcs reto tiny didnt vote ) i tried to push the mid lane and finish. But without serious dps its imposibru. the rest of team was raping you in the fountain,and I questioned myself what option do You have? Since you locked the leavers in circle our team was raping whats left; and thats SF and you. You should leave back then (and ask for unban), and let rule 5.c. fulfill its requirements. Because "no enemy playing" means that you are out of game. If you are not playing, then you are AFK. And thats also bannable.

Problem which comes out from this, is not stats abuse. its the !votekick command. Since you need 80% of votes to kick someone out from game,kicking tiny was impossible.  Our team had great fun near fountain,and tiny´s actions simply prolonged the game.

I hope that rule will change on something better one day. Because its hard to kick intentional ruiner, especially if other team has great time.

Admin is above the rules.

so, if I or my teammates get punished, I wont disagree because that was pure exploit of your poor performace with help of game ruiner tiny.

wtf i have when y say its baneble and y do same thing like y team mates? just look reply pls. And btw tiny didnt tosed us how much we get hook. And this are starts of pudge 28 0 31 so y need perma him or erase it idc what y will do just make some new rules and y have also nice score this game whisp what tels us that y also was on fountain (as i can remember). Just someone look reply and solve this i wont argue more... its better for me to stop talk couse im a bit mad now and i cant talk normaly...

yes i did, i wont deny it. thats because dota is team game. if i didnt pushed mid lane game would never finish.

With GREED this was solved in private.

Unlike others, GREED got only 4 extra kills (Pudge got 14, Ursa 18) and he was the only one who pushed when he saw you aren't gonna !ff.

Nvm, GREED was warned for this, he knows what he did wrong and he is sorry. This shouldn't happen again.

sry but 1 ting is rly funy here y perma ursa who would not kill no1 without pudge hook and y baned  main gyilt player pusge on 2 weeks .  and i agree for greed couse im shure he wont do that agen, but man EVERY 1 CAN SEE THAT SOMEONE HERE IS PROTECTING naix and pudge ... this forum is...no coment rly
Btwn for solving this req. for me its not important number of kils its about intention of players, naix, ursa and pudge have same intention so why punisment is not same for all???
if y agree ban also ursa on 2 weeks not perma its not fair rly. and players dont even know about this rule so perma is too much man...

I believe that first thing you should do when you come to new place is reading the rules - for your own good, to prevent situations like "I didn't know..."

Pudge isn't permabanned because of number of his games - 131, one game won't affect his score much. He would be banned 2 weeks even when he would have 1000 games (his score wouldn't be affected at all).
Same goes for Naix who has lower number of games but he also didn't get big stats boost (even tho he tried).

Ursa has 18 ladder games only (in fact 15, 3 draws), his score was affected much more by this game.

I agree with all that stats abuse but when you enter a no noob game and own so hard you don`t diserve some kills more???

I never after kills ( i don`t care for kills) but if not time to ff or they don`t ff then you don`t diserve to have some fun??

I don`t say to have 20 - 30 kills ofc then you should ban them, but 2-5 mustn`t be banable if is just to have some fun. Otherwise will be 20-30 minutes of lost time.

Few fountain kill are tolerated.

But you can't stay there for XXX minutes and keep killing heroes on spawn, for you it may be fun, but not for other players that keep getting pwned a second after spawn.

If i recall in one game i had 11/0 with never i get 5 more kills in fountain and then i went push, i get 10x warn for me was a little unfair but understandable.

At least in no noob games must be a little more tolerated imo. As i said before i don`t talk for 20/30 kills.

For warn points you can always ask moderator who ban you or head mod to reduce them. Check reply and explain situation via pm to moderator

Looks like you are talking about forum warns while addicted about ingame warns.

Ingame warns aren't that important, "Number of warns determine volume of offence" - for some "soft" insulting you'll get 2 days ban + 1 warn, for harder insulting 5 days ban + 3 warns. You won't get 2 days ban (min) + 3 warns (max).

Number of warn helps moderator to decide how long ban he should give you when you break the rule 2nd (3rd and so on) time.
