unplugging rule

I am curious on how the ban/unban moderators decide to ban if someone is disconnected during the game. Is is dependent on the players' and teams' stats on that specific game or the stats of the disconnected player throughout the season? I clearly understand it's a very gray area. Does the moderators have a specific method to decide if the guy is unplugger or not?

hmm you can decide it very easy , first look his score in the game and look Toggle Game Recap(with toggle game recap u can see 90%  what was happening in the game )   almost always when you kill someone he start plug but almost those people are hosts and you cant ban him ,  always players start plugging when they got killed  , its easy to decide . rly easy

Yeah i requested for unban and moderator(s) think i plugged too. Doesn't really make any sense at all. I had played through much worse games. Admiral didn't get a ban btw. I cannot really make a meaning out of that situation too.
