question about psr !

If i almost win a game, we push top and down and brake rax, and i lose connection internet.
Is a chance to get that psr if was 100% win ? i was sentinel team and we own all game. but 1 min after to end the game i lose connection.
Can i get that psr ?

I was thinking about this and i found the way how it can work , but it is than upto admins to approve it or not.
