It's been such a long time since i made my last signature, here is the outcome of a fail tentative

[Rocka]

Maybe blur the edges of that guy in front a bit more, but I still like this signature though. Play some more with the fonts and I think you can make this a great one

Looks nice but that flag is eye distracting from the focus of the sig , deepth is nice , borders myb to much imo 1-2px is good for borders.Agree with rocka another type of font , size , effects etc will change this sig for sure

I think that you should use blur less.

@rocka Had just installed Photoshop and no time to download mew fonts
@vudzo yeah man that flag there distracts but when i was doing the signature i was to lazy to rescale dhe background :p
@iErnesto well i used blur to get a bigger focus on characters since vudzo already said that flag there gets to much attenton .

I look forward to seeing you improve this signature man, it has great potential.
As for the flag, use your burn tool(not too high opaciety) around the sig, id say from the flag a LITTLE BIT around your borders and on the right next to the guys arm aswell.

As for the border, vudzo is right but I think its more a personal matter, if you use just horizon border and not vertical I also prefer making it more pixels. Still blur the guy on the right, his edges and find a good font.
Maybe you can also add in a splatter brush and use clipping mask on it.

So please, go on with this signature !

School, work and persanal things wont let me much time to develop my "skills" on Photoshop
