This account has been locked

Hi everybody. My friend's game has got any problem. He taking a new account and automaticly  '' this account has been locked '' when try to login. What happened ?? can u help me pls . Thanks .. Cheers !!

First lagabuse.com staff doesn't lock accounts, eurobattle.net does.
Second : that means that you have been banned ( ip banned i think ) from eurobattle.net
for known reason like MH.

If you think you were unfairly banned go at their forum and ask for unban.

Your friend created account who is already created earlier and who's locked permanently before.

if account is locked and some months after deleted the next one who cr8 an acc with same nick wont be locked -
