He played with Bear since min 15-20, tilll end, min 55. He made dagon, arcane on bear and just joined team-fights with him to ks, meanwhile he was staying at fountain with his hero. Let's say his gameplay is legit, he could at least defend the base with his hero.

This ban and warn has been deleted.

Please be adviced: Common swears are not considered as insult (eg. motherf...cker, f...cking, etc.) also in native language.

So there is no reason for ban/warn here.
