I want to play 1v1 with my m8.. i type .map DotA v6.77b.w3x and it says that i don't that it's not uploaded and i can't cr8 game with .gopub what do i do ?

I make mode .hcl arshnpom and use .start it says mode is too long use force anyway i type .start force it doesnt start :@

Don't set .hcl it's not needed for .dota command

It was too long because hcl lenght is limited - only one character per player in game. I belive it changes handicap (the thing about max hp) setting to communicate with map (couple of times we tried setting random .hcl in uther party with friends, each player had different hp on their units ), which map then (presumably) restores.

So if you play 1v1, good luck using hcl. There's no .clearhcl or equivalent, and since improperly set hcl will screw your game mode, you'll just have to remake.
