How b&u mods decided witch ban request they will solve? Cose i made request yesterday, no1 has solved it. And some1 made req 10min ago and its solved? :/
I`m not angry, i understand that u dont have time to watch all request when u online, just ask, what is priority request?

It depends on luck sometimes... mainly mods are solving reports from back (sorted by date) --> 99_ of work is like this.. rest happens that mod randomly opens topic see its for 1 minute of solving and he solves it.

Your requests is solved now.

Requests are solved from last to first.

Your request was last today so it got solved as first today (except unproper requests).

Well there is no priority actually. <example> some mods aren't serbian and they just can't solve a request for flame ... so he leaves the request to someone else and he goes on ... there are a lot of examples like this!

old requests have the highest priority.
however some mods escape requests which they don't have enough experience or not their language so they pass it to other mod etc. that's how our rules were in the past few years when i was trail mod .. but i don't know if they exist now or not.
