High ping on LA

I tried speedtest.net and yesterday was 26, today is 10

Is there any helpful tool? Or il la server?

rly nobody help solve this problem? now i played one game ping in lobby more like 180 and in game more like 1000, no reason to play , i saw only pictures.....i check ping on speedtest and only 25 ! but in game more like 1000 ...i called 2 times to my provider an he said when my ping is ok in all other sites and other bots like garena etc (btw garena sucks! i wanna play here ! ) is ok , problem must be in LA server ...they dont know how to help me ....

I have this problem too, i had ping 20ms max but last 2 week I have ping bigger than 100 ever and huge lags 3s and more. Help me pls what is wrong?? somethink is wrong with server or??

I formal PC , reinstal W3, now I have original version installed but lags and pings are here again, i dont understand where is problem!

I was wondering only players from SK / CZ have encountered this huge lag / spike problem so far .. i don't know why .. I traveled to Hungary last week and i tried to play with LA bot and i don't have any problem with lag .. it's very strange ..

Can the admin please check if there's any changes on the LA server lately ? For example Location / Network provider change ? Is it possible that the server try to block connection from certain regions during peak hour to prevent network traffic congestion ? Because usually the ping is very bad during 18:00 - 24:00. And ping will drop to normal after midnight.

in that time everyone back from school and from work, everyone turn on youtube, downloading something ... and provider can't support that. probably provider have some problems. that happens to me and my friends sometimes rarely and only in night period or when we have holidays. after 2, 3 days everything is ok

Yea understood Efko, but how to explain that i don't have lag / spike when i play with other bots / other platform during 18:00 - 24:00 period. If provider can't support that, i should have lag / spike to whatever bots / platform which i play right ? But not, i have problem only with the LA bot .. others bots i have stable ping around 25ms ..

Same goes to the others who has the same problem .. even Cerealie formatted his pc / reinstall warcraft 3 but lag / spike with LA bot still exists.

i played yesterday a few games and no lag at all ..everything was ok ...and now again huge spikes...even when i join into lobby i must wait 3-4 second ...then i am in lobby i wrote !p and wait again 2-3 sec to show ping which is 250....i do again !p ...150...again ....700 ..etc ..crazy ...and this is only in lobby ....my provider sende me email , that he want traceroute LA server ...so pls tell me someone how can i traceroute your server ? i dont even know what is it traceroute ....and sry for my horrible english

Traceroute is used to analyze the route from your computer to final server through every server the data needs to go. As result you'll get times (in ms) so you can see where is problem.

If you are using Windows (I guess you do), go to cmd (Start -> Run -> cmd.exe) and type "tracert www.lagabuse.com".

thx, but it was useless ...traceroute is OK ofc ...provider said that problem is in LA server ...you said problem is in my provider ...nice ...3 years everything was ok (same provider) and know ....ach

On 29th was higher but finally playable

Now seems ok

I hope it's only LA server

I tried *LTG* games and ping has been always 41-44, playable

Ping high and than low should be bad Jitter

No:

Google: min=34 , max=38, (mid=35)

LA: min=57, max=59 (mid=58)

PS:today i started the game with decent ping and then in game 330+- ofc unplayable

The ping are fine, not the best but fine. I rly dont know whats happening. Hope that some expert will show up

Hey guys I got msg from Angel!

All who are having this problem (CZ and SK mainly):
1) Start -> run -> cmd.exe
2) Type "tracert www.lagabuse.com"
3) Take screenshot

Do this 3 - 4 times in row, especially when you are having higher ping, not when ping is ok.
