Keep geting auto kicked

Ok.. So I wanted to play some old dota again.. Tried to join lagabuse games but got kicked.. I though it was cuzz 1500 rating + 0 games

But then I tried to Host a game myself, but even then I got auto kicked
I did spoof check.. (one time I got this text saying (The real Jiggitup is in another game) Jiggitup is my xpam acc and I used it since 2007 and I am prety sure I wasnt in another game

Q: Why do I get auto kicked?

I I fixed it.. My Gproxy was fucked up.. Got that bad registry error.. Works now
