I posted a ban request for flaming. Now i get the notice that i need to place this in eurobattle.net.

I understand that some is for lagabuse and some is for eurobattle but isn't flaming a mather of principal. Its clear that he breaks the rules and still he gets away with it because its in wisper. Then you should just wisper since 90%  here doesn't have a eurobattle account and the effort to ban him is too big.
99% sure that he just makes a new account and that's that.

point being. Shouldn't wisper count as an offence here?

Whisper never counts as sth bannable here ...We can't ban ppl for that , but Xpam can ...

When u post a ban rq there , and that person gets his ban , he also receives an Acc Lock ...For that kind of flame , he'll probably get perma (not sure , but he should) .

We don't issue bans for flame via whisper because it has nothing to do with our bot.
You don't whisper via bot but via realm.

He is banned/locked 1 week = cant play on that account here or anywhere at xpam server. Thats better than beeing banned only here.
