Why the hell is vacuum not working under naga sleep, cause its working in dota2, me and my friend tried it and it didnt work.

Because in DotA 1, Song of the Siren makes affected units invulnerable. Invulnerable units (afaik) can't be damaged by any spell.
Wasn't this recently tested by DotA 2 Mythbusters?

Its not about damaging them, its about grouping them up for enigma's BH, its not supposed to do dmg.

I know, I didn't expressed myself well.
I think that Song of the Siren makes you invulnerable same as locking you in power circle, that means you can be even Swaped by Venge or Hooked by Pudge.
