Abusing !p in lobby bannable?

Lately i found out some hosts intentionally lock some player with awful stats in enemy team then start the game. After typing start !start they spam !p command so that noone can check why he did that, and those players stats.
Is that bannable?

If it is not forbidden in the rules than it's not bannable . You can always check their stats
and check who is locked or not .

it could be bannable for spamming - abusing bot command.  But since its not ordinary case I would preffer to ask Lucky..Strike or Astaroth.

It's not bannable, host hosts the game and he can do pretty much all he wants, and create a game how he likes it. You as a player are the one who should decide for yourself weather you like his game or not, you always have time to leave in lobby.

Okay, thanks, and ty T-Bag for reminding me there is a rule against spam inside lobby.

Btw, I checked 5 of his games (2 in which i was and 3 RANDOM ones i didn't play in).
In average, he wrote !p every 3 seconds while in lobby. Once again, i took 5 games (3 totally random that i didn't have idea he spammed there to). Then i devided lobby duratio time (FULL TIME!) with number of !p (ONLY !P, there were some pubs, many !f etc).

Let's rejoice, since lagabuse will soon be lag-free if this ban report get's accepted
