Ingame Rules change.

Dear users,

We decide to refresh rules on our bot. Our main goal was to make them more accurate and easier to understand. There is no many major changes, but we strongly advise you to acquaint with new rules board.
We started from In-game rules and be prepare for forum, channel and lobby rules to be reworked also.

This is last and official version of rules, but be aware that LA staff may change it anytime we decide is necessary.
