My dota rank is lost

Hi everyone, i would like to ask for advice.

When i type in game "!sd" i should see my stats. However since today, i see "tibo has played any dota games here", which is not correct. Im playing dota for years, last week i had stats about 1450. Ppl are kicking me from every game.

Should i register somewhere, or install something? Did you experience similar issue?
Any advice is welcome.

If you lost 1450, then, I'd say, you lost nothing.
And it's not people, its bot what kicks you. Refer to above link, point 1.
