Well, if I understand this. You are BR and you wont play with BR and you want play in euro games but they wont allow you to play cause you are BR and BR lag in euro games and if you change you ip you will got huge lag on euro server and you will lag more than BR and they will kick you because you lag more than BR so better to no change IP and play on your old BR IP cause it cant be so  big lag, I hope

If you use and ip changer you'll need to change it often if you want a free one,also your ping will raise probably majorly(big).
