I think LA must use "safelist" application
ex.
someone reach +1600 psr or +50 game he must have, for enter safelist
he can use kick command on owner.
he can use !cancelvote command

Safe list ?? Oo .. dont think that would help .. cuz today a host 1800+ psr was abusing votecancel so that he wins .. we were playing 3v5 .. cuz a 1940 player kept ruining the game and he didnt care cuz he had ( +0 -0) .. so Safelist wont be of anyuse .. anyway .. think only privileged people should have votecancel ( tourny supporters ) or something good about em .. not just cuz high psr .
