giant lag spike

hi peeps,

I want to ask you if there has been any technical changes lately (besides those happened on Sunday). I am asking this because since Sunday i have huge spikes when playing on PD.eu bots, and i can't explain why... because if i play anywhere else i don't have any problems.

In lobby i have a steady 40ms, but in-game i sometimes spike to 1600    and sometimes i get d/c
Is this my problem ? I need an answer so i can go talk to my gay ISP

yep. Just yesterday evening, after spiking to 1600 i played another EU game and i had a steady 80. I will try again this evening ~
