How to Stop following a topic we have posted in?

You mean notify?If so go to Profile->Modify Profile->Notifications,and you'll see there few options one of them is for removing topics

I don't understand your question so clearly, but if you don't wanna read some topics, read the ones you want and then go to the bottom of the site and push this button;

You cannot do that, just make them skip them if you don't wanna read.
